Poor George

Who listens? George asks himself this capitulum in the opening of the novel Poor George by Paula Fox. This is an important line in the novel because it is an indicator of the future. This head teacher might mean that a person is out of the loop, confused, he or she may feel like no incomparable pays attention to him or her, and is disconnected from people around him. This suspense asks the reader to consider his relationship with separates and the world around him, and hence would George feel the way he does. One day, George returned home from work expecting to find Emma in the house. Instead, he discovered a teenage boy named Earnest in the spare room.
